Tiffanie Hoops is the Human Resources Director at River Valley Power and Sport, a leading powersports and marine dealership in the Midwest. She and her team are continuously committed to being one of the best in the industry (for customers and employees) and still have fun while doing so. Tiffanie is passionate about revitalizing the workforce within the marine and powersport industries. Outside of work, you can find her on a Pontoon on the Mississippi River, hunting bear or whitetail deer in the woods, or riding on her UTV or snowmobile.
